I'm gonna be a great host and bake cookies or something nibbly like that. Everyone out there say your prayer's for us that she give's us a hint on monday if we pass or not..

  1. You'll be fine! I know the anticipation is nerve wracking, but 5 minutes into the visit, you'll realize that it really is just a formality. I have no doubt you'll pass. Good luck :)

  4. RB is right on. They just want to make sure you have somewhere to put a baby and that you're not running a meth lab out of the basement, or that you at least have a baby gate to keep her from going down there. It will just be a natural talk. In one of my kudos to IAC, they told us not only what agency to use (there is no IAC office in AZ), but who to talk to at the agency. We felt like they had a relationship with them and wanted to put us in touch with the social workers who best fit our situation. It helped put us at ease with thinking being gay would be held against us, and it wasn't even a consideration.
